Primary Duties:
- Prepares vehicles for body repair work, including thorough disassembly of vehicles to assess all damages upfront, researching proper OEM repair procedures, assist in creating the repair plan, and meticulous assembly and attention to detail of the finished product
- Promptly notifies management of any additional repairs needed — including assessing any supplemental vehicle needs, labor, parts, and communicating with the estimator and/or manager.
- Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
- Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
Requirements:
- 18+ years or older
- ASE/ICAR certified a plus
- 2+ years in automotive collision body repair

Primary Duties:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.

Primary Duties:
- Assist Refinish Technician/Painter as needed
- Buffs or cleans surfaces after paint dries
- Requests necessary materials
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Removes rust, grease, and dirt from work surface prior to painting
- Masks and protects parts that are not to be painted or coated
- Fills cavities and dents with appropriate filler material to attain smooth surface
- Mixes paint according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Inspects painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags, and unpainted area
- Ensures customer vehicles are kept clean during repair process
- Observes all Federal, State, Local, and Kendrick Paint & Body safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties

- obtains insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies; reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster; resolving repair and replacement requirements
